The "Life in Rhythm" 8-week group and individual coaching program is designed to empower individuals in achieving a balanced, abundant, and grateful life. Through a combination of personal and professional coaching sessions, participants will explore strategies to cultivate mind and body balance, gain financial abundance, and sustain a fulfilling life with gratitude. By addressing areas such as mindfulness, physical well-being, financial awareness, abundance mindset, and gratitude practices, this program provides a comprehensive framework for holistic personal and professional growth. Participants will receive personalized guidance and resources to support them in creating lasting habits and achieving a harmonious and fulfilling life.

Common Questions

  • The program starts on 7/23. We will email you program details the day before to remind you of the schedule for the next day. You can do all activities live or on demand.

  • In order to get program information, you have to create a payment plan through our payment provider Moonclerk. You can select either one lump sum payment or pay over the course of 5 weeks. Either way, the first payment will be charged on 8/6. Cancel prior to this date for free.

  • This program will be facilitated and co-led by a yogi, social worker, entrepreneur, behavioral psychologist, life systems engineer, health educator, financial advisor,  servant leader, and YOU

  • one-on-one coaching is available with one or both of your program facilitators (group "office hour" session may also be arranged as needed)

  • While it’s wonderful to get to the place where you are living your soft life, it is often better when you can share your life experience with others who are like-minded. We encourage friends, partners, lovers and any other partnerships to decide to live the soft life together.

It allows one to stop chasing your dreams and living them NOW.

    The concept of the soft life can vary from person to person, as it is subjective and influenced by individual preferences and values. For some, it may involve living in opulent surroundings, surrounded by material wealth and amenities, while for others, it may mean having the freedom to pursue one's passions, travel, and engage in leisure activities without the burden of excessive responsibilities or obligations.
