After closing my company, I found myself in need of a new focus and direction. I decided to channel my energy towards fitness, knowing that I could see tangible results within a relatively short time frame. Achieving fitness goals gave me a sense of accomplishment and helped me remember how it felt to set my sights on something and achieve it. This sense of achievement and the momentum it created gave me the courage to apply the same principles to other areas of my life, allowing me to continue growing and evolving towards my full potential.
