Brussels Sprouts, acquisition calls, and workouts

Me: Do you want to go on an adventure for a day with me?

He: What are you thinking?

Me: You have to say yes or no before I focus on any details.

He: Well, then, yes

I woke up pondering what to do with this plane ticket as I only had 24 hours to figure out a spontaneous solution. I remember that one of my friends went on day trips at the end of the year to ensure that he made his status. While I’ve taken day trips for work, I’ve never taken one for fun. So, I figured it was time to say yes to another first.

So, once that decision was made, it was time to get into my morning routine. Yall know it by now. The only difference today is that I was a bit afraid of running due to my stomach woes as of late. But I fearfully ran my 3 miles and was excited that I’d taken a closer turn back to my typical every day.

I was a bit tense as my task list was ever-growing. But luckily, my mom called to ask me the best way to manage her task list, and the advice that I gave her took all of my anxiety away. I was able to achieve my top priorities for EnrichHER, Honey Vest, and my personal life before making the 45-minute drive to see my chiropractor over lunch.

Miracles and Wonders

  • Had a great acquisition meeting for one of my companies

  • I rearranged my schedule to make it to the chiropractor during my lunch break.

  • My chiropractor asked to learn more about Honey Vest

  • I figured out an adventure for my Delta airlines pass

It was his last appointment before his lunch break, so he talked to me a bit more than usual. We discussed our visions for business for the year, and I told him what I was up to. I really like him and look forward to working well with him in the future.

Somehow someway, I made it back home with 30 minutes to spare before my next week. This meant that I had time to marinate my Brussels Sprouts so that I could throw them in the air fryer right after I was done with my zoom call.

The acquisition meeting was terrific. This call was a bit different than the one discussed yesterday, as this was for a subsidiary company and not for the entire Brand. Plus, I already had a relationship with the person, so we were able to catch up as friends.

After that, I dove into preparing my house for my upcoming event and getting my mind right around all the miracles and wonders flowing my way.

Last, it was time to plan my getaway adventure. I was pulled to go to Boston (lobster), Philadephia (vibe), or Houston (family). But we’ll see how everything shakes out.
